1. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We pride ourselves on being able to deliver your order as quickly as possible! Standard shipping within the United States should take 9-12 business days for delivery, unless otherwise noted. Occasionally, shipping dates may fluctuate due to supply and demand. Fast priority shipping is usually available through our checkout process, depending on your location. 

In the rare event that it takes longer than 21 days to receive your order, please contact us via email: support@specializk.com, and one of our customer support team members will assist you.

2. ONLY PART OF MY ORDER ARRIVED, WHERE'S THE REST?

It's on it's way! As stated on your order status page, as well as in the shipping policies, most orders will arrive in multiple packages if ordering more than one item. We do this to offer you the cheapest prices ! The rest of your order will arrive in due time, within the delivery timeframes!

3. WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

You can enter your tracking number on the Order Tracking page to see the status of your shipment. It may take a few days for your item to be packed and shipped. The tracking number will be available 2 to 3 days after the order is placed. 

Please feel free to contact us if you have not received your order after 7 days by contacting support!

4. WHERE DO YOU GUYS SHIP FROM?

We ship directly from our quality manufacturers and suppliers warehouse overseas to save you HUGE amounts of money on shipping prices worldwide! They have access to very affordable shipping options so we pass those savings on to you by shipping directly from them.

5. WHAT'S YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

Since we ship directly from our manufacturers, we currently are unable to offer returns for simple matters of choosing a wrong size or changing your mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will immediately reship you a new item upon receipt of a picture of the damage! IF for some reason the item is now out of stock, we will offer a refund or a different item to replace it.

6. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We begin processing orders VERY quickly, to YOUR benefit! Once we place the order with our supplier, we cannot cancel your order.
